We gather personal information when you apply to join our network or for assessing your finance application and managing that finance. Additionally, we may collect your personal information for direct marketing purposes and to manage our relationship with you. Occasionally, we might offer you additional products and services.

  • to investors, agents or advisers, or any entity that has an interest in our business; or to your employer, referees or identity verification services.
  • Prior to disclosing any of your personal information to another person or organisation, we will take all reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that:

    • the person or organisation has a commitment to protecting your personal information at least equal to our commitment, or
    • you have consented to us making the disclosure.

    We may use cloud storage to store the personal information we hold about you. The cloud storage and the IT servers may be located outside Australia.

Should we deny access to the personal information we hold about you, an explanation will be provided.

If immediate correction is not possible, we will initially respond within seven days of receiving your request. We will inform you of the outcome of our investigation and any corrections made within 30 days, where reasonable.

    Our investigation may require consultation with other entities. If we refuse to amend the personal information, we will explain our reasons for not making the correction.

    Using government identifiers

    If we collect government identifiers, like your tax file number, we will not use or disclose this information unless mandated by law. We will not utilise a government identifier to identify you.
